🔄 Design Changes – Design changes must be made within 24 hours of placing the order and should be submitted by email.
After this time, the Customer may request changes to the order, but any services already rendered will be the Customer's responsibility.
Returns – In case of manufacturing defects in the print, the company will replace the affected items or issue a credit note, depending on the customer’s preference. This must be reported within 3 business days of receiving the product.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with the tags intact.
⚠ Exceptions – We do not accept returns or issue refunds on custom products unless it is an error on our part.
